QINGHAI PROVINCE
Qinghai Lake: Located in the northwest Qinghai Lake Basin of Qinghai Province, it is not only the largest inland lake in China, but also the largest saltwater lake in China. In many ways, it looks like a boundless sea. It means “cyan sea” in Tibetan, and even in July and August, the average daily temperature is only about 15 degrees Celsius. Qinghai Lake is very beautiful all the year round, surrounded by thousands of acres of rape flower fields and alpine pastures. Wild flowers colorful, such as silk brocade, countless cattle and sheep fat, dotted.

It is located in Xinzhai Village, 6 km east of Jiegu Town of Yushu Prefecture. It is the largest prayer place in the world using a pile of Mani stones. The city covers an area of about two football fields, and the rectangular city is made of mani stones carved with scriptures and Buddha statues. The outer wall of Shicheng is about 6 m high, which is built with huge stone blocks. Different wall sections are inlaid with colorful Buddha statues and huge six-character stone walls for believers to worship at any time when they pass the city. In the bright sunshine of the plateau, presented in front of you is clearly a huge temple of Buddhist culture, an incredible miracle!
